Salon Policy: Cancellations, Deposits & Arrivals Thank you for choosing Image Is Everything Salon! We value your time and strive to provide the best experience possible. To help us maintain a timely schedule for all clients, please review our salon policies before booking. 🗓️ Cancellations & Rescheduling 48-Hour Notice: We require at least 48 hours' notice for all cancellations or booking changes. Late Cancellation Fee: Canceling or rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment results in a charge for the full price of the booked service (minus your deposit). Rescheduling Limit: You may reschedule an appointment once, provided you give 48 hours' notice. The new date must be within 60 days of the original appointment. 💳 Non-Refundable Deposits & Payments Booking Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required via credit or debit card to secure every appointment. Payment Credit: Your deposit will be deducted from your total service cost on the day of your appointment. Policy on Transfers: Both deposits and appointments are strictly non-transferable to other people. Final Balance: We accept cash, credit, or debit cards for your remaining balance at the time of service. ⏱️ Late Arrivals & Preparation Grace Period: We offer a 5 to 10-minute grace period for arrival. 15-Minute Rule: Arriving 15 minutes late or more requires your appointment to be rescheduled and the balance of your service will be charged. Hair Preparation: Please arrive with your hair free of matting and tangles. This ensures we stay on schedule for you and subsequent clients.
